Your order begins the moment we hang up the phone. Whether it is from the menu or a special request, it is designed for you.  I use a few simple ingredients: butter, whole eggs, granulated sugar, flour- to create some phenomenal desserts. I do not use any margarine, lard, or ingredients containing hydrogenated oils. My standards are high, yours should be too.

Sugar Ribbons : A sugar cookie exture, rich in vanilla and topped with a coating of vanilla bean sugar

Cool Mint Hearts : A Chocolate mint wafer filled with a chocolate mint ganache

Mexican Tea Cakes : A delightful cookie rich in vanilla and toasted pecans and rolled in powdered sugar

Chocolate Pecan Thumbprints : A chocolate shortbread-like cookie, rolled in pecans and topped off with a generous dollop of chocolate ganache

Killer Truffle $18.00/dz This a cross between a truffle and air. Yes air because when devoured at room temp it collapses in your mouth. It is dark chocolate and pecans soaked in a liqueur. The longer they sit the better they are.
